The First Ladies For Health (FLFH) is a faith-based, non-profit, volunteer organization focused on empowering our people to make informed choices about health.
FREE health screenings and flu shots for the entire family.
Every year, the First Ladies & Representatives of churches and organizations come together to host Family Health Day at various locations across our city ON THE SAME DAY.
Adult screenings include HIV, Glucose, Blood Pressure, Vision, Prostate, Brain Health, Lung, Asthma. and senior care assessments. Mammography units are stationed at several locations. Follow-up appointments can be made on the same day if results are not normal. Information on heart and diabetes, nutrition, cancer, prenatal and maternal care, and senior care are available. Flu Shots at every location.
Children’s screenings include Brain Health, Dental, Hearing, BMI, Asthma, Vision, Speech/Language. Flu Shots at every location. Each location with have interactive education for the family.
