Application for First-time Home Owners in the West End is NOW OPEN!
Are you looking for a new opportunity to start off the new year!? As part of our effort to increase affordable housing opportunities in the West End, Seven Hills Neighborhood houses partnered with Habitat for Humanity, the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, the City of Cincinnati, and FC Cincinnati to remodel 1805 Baymiller Street! Now that the renovation is complete, we are looking for a first-time home owner to make it their own. 1805 Baymiller is a two bedroom, 1.5 bath home with a small gated/private back yard!
Key Considerations:
- Homebuyer must be a first-time home buyer/home owner.
- Priority will be given to current residents of the West End. Second tier priority will be given to applicants that work in the West End.
- The selected homebuyer will be required to take financial literacy and homeownership training classes.
- Homebuyer should also be comfortable with friends and family knowing you are purchasing a home in partnership with Seven Hills. This is a public partnership that can involve news coverage, social media coverage and information about homebuyers and build sites are shared on the Seven Hills website.
All completed applications and any questions can be e-mailed to Executive Director Mrs. Alexis Kidd-Zaffer at alexis.kidd@7hillsnh.com, or dropped off at Seven Hills Neighborhood Houses at 901 Findlay Street. Paper applications are also available at the Neighborhood House. Assistance with completing the application is also available upon request.
